Announcement: Streamlined Notifications for Uploaded Files (9/29/25)

To streamline the number of emails and in-app notifications you receive, starting October 1, 2025 we will begin bundling the messages about files that have been uploaded and are ready to be added to distributions.

Currently, if you’ve opted in for notifications, every time a file is uploaded and ready to be added to distribution, you receive an individual email and/or an in-app notification (depending on your notification preferences).

Starting October 1, 2025, we will begin a phased rollout of bundling for these types of notifications so that each notification will contain info on all files that were successfully ingested over the previous few hours.

This update will be rolled out to all customers by the middle of October.
