Announcing Simplified Communication on the LiveRamp Community portal (12/6/19)
To simplify communication on LiveRamp Community portal (TSP) cases, we recently removed the “comment” feature.
“Comments” gave users the ability to thread conversations on tickets within the TSP.
When talking to our customers however, we learned that comments were causing more confusion than clarity. So “posts” and “emails” are now the only ways to respond to tickets in the TSP.
