Announcing Updated Connect Home Page Tiles (8/16/19)

We’ve made some changes to improve your Connect Welcome page experience by simplifying the Welcome page tile behavior. Now clicking on a tile takes you directly to the page you need so you can more quickly perform your tasks.

Connect Home Page Tiles

Previously clicking on some of the tiles led to a guided walkthrough for users who were unfamiliar with the workflow steps, but we noticed that the vast majority of those customers weren’t fully utilizing those walkthroughs. By instead using the tiles as a quick way of accessing the main features of Connect, we hope to improve users' experience in finding what they need from our Welcome page.

We’ll still provide instructions on how to perform these tasks with help articles and training videos, while we continue to explore new and improved ways to help you use Connect effectively.

We’ve also made some minor look and feel updates to improve your experience.
