The Permissions Page

You can use Data Hub's Permissions page to view, edit, duplicate, and revoke permissions that you previously granted on the All Assets or SQL Editor page. You can also download a spreadsheet of your permissions activity.
To open the Permissions page, click
in the left navigation pane.
You can view the entire list of permissions and quickly see any upcoming expiration dates. If a permission will expire in the next two weeks, an ! icon is displayed next to its expiration date.

Viewing a Permission
You can select a permission and view details about its creation, what data asset it provides access to, change history, and collaboration rules.
In Data Hub, click → in the left navigation bar.
The Permissions page displays all permissions.
Search, filter, and sort the list to find a permission and click on its row.
The permission's side panel displays three tabs:
Details: Provides details about the permission, including the user who updated it, the partner it was granted to, its status, and its start and end dates. If the permission's start date is in the future, its status is Scheduled.
Asset Type: Displays the name of the permissioned table or view.
Collaboration Rules: Provides a summary of specified query limits and data combinations.
Editing a Permission Schedule
You can edit the schedule of a permission if it has a schedule of Active, Scheduled, or Expired. You cannot edit revoked permissions. You cannot edit the start date of an active or expired permission.
Click
→ in the left navigation pane.Select the check box for the permission you want to edit.

.In the Access Schedule dialog, edit the end date or select No end date, and then click .
Duplicate a Permission
You can duplicate an existing permission in order to grant access to a different partner and assign new start and end dates. You cannot edit the other properties of a permission. To change other properties, such as the permissioning use cases, create a new data permission.
In the left navigation bar, click
→ .On the Data Permissions page, search, filter, and sort the list to find a data permission and then select its check box. The

If you select multiple permissions, the
button is grayed out because you can only duplicate one permission at a time.Click
.In the Duplicate Permission dialog, enter a new name for the permission, select a different partner, and modify the start and end date. You can only select a partner if they have not already been granted permission to the selected asset.

Revoke a Permission
When you revoke a permission, the partner will lose access to the data from the specified asset. You can revoke a permission if it has a status of Active, Scheduled, or Expired.
