The Data Activity Page

Data Hub's Data Activity page provides transparency regarding users' data use, including the columns that were queried. All partners' activity is including, including your organization's activity.

Viewing an Action

You can review partner activity on the Data Activity page and look at the details for a specific action.

Procedure. To view a specific action:

  1. In the left-hand navigation, click Analyze → Data Activity. The Data Activity page is displayed.

  2. Search for a specific asset, partner, or action or sort by the Date, Status, or SQL query columns.

  3. Click on the row of the action you are interested in to display its side panel.

Download a Data Activity Report

You can download a Permissioned Data Activity report of all activity. This report is also available on the Activity Reports page.

Procedure. To download a CSV file including all activity:

  1. Click Download Activity.

    A CSV file is downloaded to your computer.

  2. Open the file in a spreadsheet application to view the values in its Date, Assets, Status, Partner, and Columns.
