There are no current known issues for Advanced TV.
The past issues listed below have been resolved.
Universe Refresh Error Message (12/9/21)
Some Advanced TV customers might have seen an error message about a universe refresh failure appearing when they went to the Audience Builder:
LiveRamp is currently working on an issue where universe refreshes were delayed, but the delayed refreshes are now being processed so we expect to have this resolved shortly.
Note
Update 12/10/21: All universes have now been successfully refreshed and you should no longer see this error message.
If you've received this message, you can ignore it and continue with your audience building. We appreciate your patience.
