Export Data Restrictions
To comply with LiveRamp's data restrictions, any file containing personally identifiable information (PII) received from Identity Engine must be encrypted before being delivered outside of LiveRamp.

Failure to follow these restrictions might result in a violation of your contract terms.
LiveRamp reserves the right to apply additional restrictions in certain situations if we feel that the use of the data violates any of our policies.
PII is any information that can be used to identify an individual, including:
Names, postal addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses
Specific location data (e.g., fine latitude/longitude coordinates)
Government-issued identification numbers, such as Social Security or driver’s license numbers
Financial or customer account numbers, such as bank account or credit card numbers
An individual's full date of birth, or any combination of date of birth that could be used to recreate a full date of birth
Information regarding an individual's sexual orientation, religion, or some health or medical conditions, including Protected Health Information
Unique biometric data or digital representation of biometric data
The maiden name of an individual's mother
An individual's digitized or other electronic signature
Any combination of information that would permit access to an online account, such as a user name, email address, or other unique electronic identifier or routing code which is sent in combination with a personal identification code, password, or security question and answer
Any data associated with an individual's status as a person under 16 years of age
