Announcement: Additional File Statuses Now Available (7/25/22)
The Files page in Connect now shows additional file import statuses when checking the status of an uploaded file:
New Status | Definition |
|---|---|
Queued | This file has been queued for processing and will begin processing soon. |
Delivering | The data from this file is in the process of being delivered to at least one destination. |
Delivered | The data from this file has been delivered to at least one destination. |
Not Delivered | This file has either been in a "Processing" state or a "No Distributions" state for over 30 days, or it has completed processing but the data from this file did not get distributed within 30 days and so has not been delivered. |
No Distributions | This file has completed processing but no data from this file has been added to a distribution. Note

We’ve also adjusted how we display file names to more accurately reflect the name of the uploaded file.
In addition, for files that have been grouped together into a single import, we now display the individual files contained in that “grouped file”. So you might notice additional files listed in your audiences.
