Announcement: Test and Control Features Affected During Audience Upgrade (4/24/26)

LiveRamp is in the process of upgrading audiences to an enhanced data management system to improve your user experience when managing audiences and building segments in Connect.

During this process, any existing audiences that have been upgraded to the new system, as well as any new audiences that are created, will have the ability to create test and control segments temporarily disabled. Once the upgrade has been fully completed, test and control functionality will be restored, along with the benefits of our enhanced data management processes.
