Announcement: Notifications for Clean Room and Data Privacy Requests Now Available (6/8/2026)
We have added new notification settings in Connect for Clean Room and Data Privacy events. These enhancements help you stay informed about key activities without having to manually check status changes.
New Notification Setting for Clean Room
You can now receive alerts for the following Clean Room events:
Clean room question run completed
Clean room question run failed
On the Manage Notifications page, toggle the "Clean room room question run status updates" setting for in-app or email to receive these alerts. These notifications are available to users with the appropriate permissions for the related clean room activity.
Note
LiveRamp will continue to add more notifications for Clean Room events over time.
New Notification Setting for Data Privacy
When sending data subject rights requests via SFTP upload, you can now receive the following email updates:
Access / opt-out / deletion request file received
Access / opt-out / deletion request file completed
On the Manage Notifications page, toggle the "Data subject rights requests file completion" setting under the Data Privacy section to receive these alerts.
Note
Data Privacy notifications are available in email only.
Changing Notification Settings
To update your notification preferences, click the Profile icon in the upper-right corner of Connect UI and select "Manage Notifications". Notification settings are applied at the user level and do not affect other users on your account.
