Announcement: Updated File Statuses Now Available (6/29/22)

The Files page in Connect now shows additional file import statuses, allowing you to know more granularly what is occurring in the import process. When checking the status of an uploaded file, you will now have additional visibility into file import status between the time you drop your file in our system to when processing of that file completes. We will continue expanding on this capability in the future.

In addition, we have updated the previous “Running” statuses to more accurately reflect the processing stage.

You will now see the following statuses during the ingestion process, and these will be supplemented with tooltips in the UI to provide easy access to definitions.

Processing

This import is being processed, checked against product limits, and matched.

Complete

This import has completed processing and can be used to create and distribute segments. Go to the desired destination account(s) and add your fields and segments for distribution.

Paused

This import has been paused.

Inactive

This import is inactive.

Overwritten

This import has been overwritten by a more recent import.

Failed

This import failed to process. Create a support case if you need to resolve this.
