Upcoming System Downtimes

This article contains all upcoming system downtimes that might affect your use of our product.

Occasionally, we need to perform network maintenance or other systems tasks, which sometimes affects users' ability to access the UI or perform certain other actions.

Note

We'll always try to provide you with as much advance notice when we have any scheduled maintenance downtime, or when there's an issue with our systems or with deliveries to specific destinations, usually by means of a colored banner at the top of your screen in .

Upcoming System Downtimes for Advanced TV

Upcoming US Downtime for Ingestion MySQL Upgrade on May 16 at 9 pm PDT

Note

Update 4/24/25: The date for this downtime was changed from April 25 to May 16.

To improve system reliability and performance, LiveRamp will perform a scheduled upgrade of our ingestion systems for US data on May 16 at 9 pm PDT (12 am EDT).

During this time, all ingestion systems for US data will be paused for 6 hours. After the downtime, regular ingestion processes will resume as normal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Upcoming Downtime for MySQL Upgrade

To improve system reliability and performance, LiveRamp will upgrade its MySQL instances.

The upgrade is scheduled for May 6, 12:00 – 1:00 am PDT (7:00 to 8:00 am UTC).

During this time, the following services will be impacted:

  • File ingestion will be delayed for up to 12 hours.

  • File ingestion will be delayed for up to 12 hours.

  • Distributions will be delayed for about 4 hours.

  • The Advanced TV UI will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes.
