Delays for Measurement Enablement Workflows (2023-10-23)
LiveRamp is experiencing delays processing files for offline-based and PII passthrough Measurement Enablement workflows. The delays began on October 20 and are currently causing a 1-2 day delay in file delivery for those customers.
Our engineering team has identified the issue and is actively working to resolve the delays. When we have additional information on a resolution ETA, we'll update this article. We apologize for any inconvenience.
