Upcoming System Downtimes
This article contains all upcoming system downtimes that might affect your use of our product.
Occasionally we need to perform network maintenance or other systems tasks, which sometimes affects users' ability to access the UI or perform certain other actions. We will always try to give you advance warning of these downtimes so you can plan accordingly.
Note
We'll always try to provide you with as much advance notice when we have any scheduled maintenance downtime, or when there's an issue with our systems or with deliveries to specific destinations, usually by means of a colored banner at the top of your screen in the Data Collaboration Platform.
Upcoming System Downtimes for the Data Collaboration Platform
There are no upcoming system downtimes for the Data Collaboration Platform.
Upcoming System Downtime Affecting Segment Builder
LiveRamp will perform system maintenance for approximately 30 minutes starting at 7 pm PDT on July 31 (2 am UTC, August 1).
During that time, the Segment Builder will not display any segments although the UI will display other details. Other Data Collaboration Platform features will not be impacted.
Upcoming LiveRamp Clean Room System Downtime on June 17, 2024
LiveRamp Clean Room (previously known as Data Hub) will perform system maintenance at 2:00 am on June 17, 2024 (EDT) (6:00 am UTC) and will be unavailable for one hour.
Any queries submitted to LiveRamp Clean Room during this maintenance period will not be completed.

Upcoming System Downtime on September 27, 2023
LiveRamp will perform system maintenance at 6 pm PST on September 27, 2023 (1 am UTC, September 28).
During that time, LiveRamp the Data Collaboration Platform will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes.

Upcoming System Downtime on September 13, 2023
LiveRamp will perform system maintenance at 6 pm PST on September 13, 2023 (1 am UTC, September 14).
During that time, the Data Permissions page will be unavailable for up to one hour. You will also lack access to creating data permissions from other locations, such as the All Assets page.

Upcoming System Downtime on August 2, 2023
LiveRamp will perform system maintenance at 8 pm EST on August 2, 2023.
We expect this will cause up to 15 minutes of downtime.
The downtime will impact all LiveRamp application pages, such as SQL Editor, the All Assets page, and so on.
