Activation Guide for Offline Conversions

LiveRamp integrates with several key ecosystem partners, enabling customers to send offline event data to available partners directly.

Google Enhanced Conversions

Supported Events

  • Offline Conversion Events

Prerequisites

The Google conversion events must be set up before creating a connection with LiveRamp.

Integration Steps

  1. You provide the Google Ads Customer ID from your Google Ads Manager account to your LiveRamp representative.

  2. LiveRamp sends an account Link Request to your Google Ads Manager account.

  3. You accept the link request for conversion events to be shared with LiveRamp.

Note

  • Data can be shared from sub-accounts once the initial connection is made.

  • The Google Enhanced Conversion integration supports data within a 72-hour attribution window.

Facebook Offline Conversions (CAPI)

Supported Events

  • Offline Conversion Events

Prerequisites

Ad accounts must be linked to a Facebook Business Manager account before configuring the integration.

Integration Steps

  1. You provide your LiveRamp representative with the following information:

    • Conversion Event Name

    • Pixel ID

    • API Version

    • System User Access Token

    Note

    For information on locating the required information, see the Facebook Developer site.

  2. LiveRamp creates the partner connection.

Note

The Facebook Offline Conversions (CAPI) integration supports data within a 7-day attribution window.

Snapchat Offline Conversions

Supported Events

  • Offline Conversion Events

Prerequisites

The Snapchat conversion event(s) must be set up before creating a connection with LiveRamp.

Integration Steps

  1. You provide your LiveRamp representative with the following information:

    • Conversion Event Name

    • Organization ID

    • Pixel ID associated with Ad Account

    • Event Conversion Type

    • API Version

    • Event Tag

  2. LiveRamp creates the partner connection.

Note

The Snapchat Offline Conversions integration supports data within a 28-day attribution window.

Twitter Offline Conversions

Supported Events

  • Offline Conversion Events

Prerequisites

The Twitter Event ID must be set up prior to connecting with LiveRamp. Detailed steps can be found in Section 3a here.

You can configure an event in either of the following ways:

Create a Single Event Website Tag (SET) via Ads Manager:

  1. Go to ads.twitter.com.

  2. Navigate to "Events Manager" inside the Tools section on the top left.

  3. Select Add events source on the top right.

  4. Select Single-event website tag.

  5. Enter the appropriate conversion event type and other details and click Save.

  6. Note the parameter in the URL, such as view_website_tag?id=o6uka&ref=wce_create.

    • The ID also appears on the Events Manager page.

    • Alternatively, the parameter can be found within the pixel code snippet as txn_id

Create an SET via Ads API:

  1. Using the user token for the appropriate ads account, make a request to

    POST https://ads-api.twitter.com/10/accounts/:account_id/web_event_tags

  2. Replace :accountid with your account ID with appropriate parameters. Your Website Tag ID is returned within a successful response as _website_tag_id.

Integration Steps

  1. You provide your LiveRamp representative with the following information:

    • Twitter Account ID

    • Twitter Event ID

  2. LiveRamp creates the partner connection.

TikTok Offline Conversions

Supported Events

  • Offline Conversion Events

Prerequisites

Prior to completing the offline conversion configuration with LiveRamp, you'll first need to create an event set in the TikTok Events Manager portal as follows:

  1. Select Assets from the main menu.

  2. Select Create offline event.

  3. Share the event set ID with LiveRamp to complete the below integration.

Integration Steps

Note

If you are using both the TikTok Custom Audiences and the TikTok offline conversions integrations, the integration steps below only need to be completed once to generate the authorization code.

  1. Enter this authorization URL for LiveRamp's TikTok app into your browser: https://ads.tiktok.com/marketing_api/auth?app_id=7078202285670531074&state=your_cust[…]arams&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.habu.com&rid=dk3ysfq6bdb

  2. Review the requested Audience Management and Offline Events Management permissions and select Confirm.

    You are redirected to the Habu.com website and the URL will return an authorization code and code.

  3. Copy the entire URL and send it to your LiveRamp contact.

  4. LiveRamp completes the connection setup.
