Announcement: New Privacy API for Data Subject Rights Requests (4/8/26)
LiveRamp customers can now submit data subject opt-out and deletion requests via LiveRamp's Privacy API. Previously, these requests could only be delivered through SFTP file upload. With the Privacy API, you can now integrate these requests directly into your internal systems to streamline your privacy workflows.
The Privacy API is suitable for cases where:
You want to automate individual opt-out and deletion requests from your internal systems.
You primarily work with PII and MAIDs (rather than RampIDs) as identifiers in your data subject rights requests.
Note
Subject access requests (requests to access data) must still be submitted through SFTP file upload.
