Announcement: New User Management Experience Coming to Connect (5/22/25)

We are rolling out a new experience for managing users in Connect with a new page that includes a new user creation flow.

Currently, all user management activities occur in the "Users" tab of the Company Settings page. We will be removing the Users tab and replacing it with a new page called Accounts to effectively streamline all user management tasks in one UI. The design of the user creation flow will also be updated, but there will be no changes to the functionality.

This transition will happen in waves to all users starting May 28, 2025.

Note

The Accounts page will only be accessible to users with admin-level permissions. To learn more about permissions, see "Roles and Restrictions for Connect Users".
