Announcement: Required Action for all Active Pinterest Destination Accounts (5/15/23)

On June 1, 2023, LiveRamp's OAuth integration with Pinterest will be updated. If you have active Pinterest destination accounts, you will need to take action as a result of this update. If you do not take action, any Pinterest destination accounts with active distributions might have their new deliveries fail starting June 1.

We recommend that, as soon as possible after we update the integration on June 1, 2023, you create a new Pinterest Oauth connection and validate it for all active Pinterest destination accounts. This will ensure that there are no disruptions to your Pinterest distributions. See the information below for complete instructions.

Re-Validate Your Existing Pinterest Destination Accounts With a New OAuth Connection

Follow the steps below to create a new Pinterest OAuth connection and re-validate each of your active Pinterest destination accounts with that new connection:

  1. From the Connect navigation menu, click Destination Accounts to navigate to the Destination Accounts page.

  10. Click the ellipsis (three dots) that appears when you hover over the lower right corner of a tile, and then select Settings to navigate to the Edit Account page.
