Announcing Help Content Improvements (3/1/19)

Over the last year, LiveRamp has dedicated more resources to make sure you're able to get effective information when you need it to use our products and services successfully.

The areas we've focused on include:

Improving the content in our help articles: We've provided clearer instructions, more screenshots, and more links to related content. We have also added more features such as internal links and the use of "expand/collapse" that help you navigate longer articles.

Revamping the help article categories and the menu layout: We've aligned the categories and added more subcategories to more closely align with how our users think about LiveRamp tasks.

Tip

You can view the help menu by clicking the blue Help button on the right side of the screen in Connect to open the help side panel.

Improving the search function so that you're more likely to find what you're looking for right away.

Clarifying LiveRamp terms: We've provided definitions for all of the terms we use. You can find a full list of these terms in our Glossary and many help articles now contain links to these definitions when those terms are used. See "Announcing Terminology Changes (2/1/19)" for more information.

Gathering more customer feedback: We know that you're our best source to help us understand how we can improve our content and how we deliver it to you. We've implemented feedback mechanism links at the bottom of every article, and we're committed to responding to all feedback quickly, usually within 24 hours. We're also spending more time collecting feedback on help content issues from your LiveRamp representatives and directly from customers.

Upcoming Improvements

In the next year, we hope to provide:

  • Training resources such as videos and other visual aids to help new users come up to speed quickly

  • More content to help you understand how the identity resolution process works at LiveRamp

  • More content that provides details on our integrations with specific destinations

  • Improved documentation for all of our APIs
