Announcing Unavailable Destination Account Tiles Now Viewable (9/14/20)

Previously, if there were destination account tiles that were unavailable to you (often because they were not included in your contract), you simply wouldn’t see those tiles when you went to activate a new destination account.

Now you’ll be able to see those tiles, although they will be “grayed out” so that they can’t be activated and a tooltip will appear when you hover over the tile.

You can contact your LiveRamp Customer Success Manager if you wish to have one of those tiles enabled.
