Data Subject Rights Requests
Several states in the U.S. are enacting comprehensive data privacy regulations starting January 1, 2023. These data privacy regulations are aimed at providing residents of covered states rights to act on the data that is collected and shared about them. These regulations require that LiveRamp process data subject rights requests, including:
The right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information
Note
LiveRamp processes opt-outs at the individual level, preventing any and all processing, sharing, and selling of the data, to fulfill all types of opt-outs required by regulations
The right to delete personal information
The right to access personal information that we collect, hold, share, and sell about them
The right to correct inaccurate personal information in Virginia and California
For information on the processing of consumer requests, see "Processing Subject Rights Requests."
For information about supporting the U.S. Privacy consent string, see "Announcing Support for U.S. Privacy Consent String (9/3/20)".
