LiveRamp Services Where LiveRamp Acts as a Service Provider

Under the terms of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”), LiveRamp acts as a “service provider” for any U.S.-based products or workflows that may collect, access, receive, use, store, retain, disclose or otherwise process Personal Information on behalf of our customers for each of the services listed below.

  • Activation, which includes:

    • Matchback files

    • Single Platform Conversion/Attribution Programs, including Conversion APIs and Partner Attribution Programs

    • B2B Data Activation

    • Quick Onboard API

    • Distribution API

  • Online Activation (also known as Data Distribution Service)

  • Measurement (also known as Exposure Matching, Customer Link, RampID for Measurement, and Measurement Enablement)

  • AbiliTec API

  • Reseller of onboarding, data distribution service, or measurement services

  • Data Marketplace Services, which includes:

    • Lookalike Modeling

    • Data Monetization Service (DMS)

    • Data Marketplace Buyer Agreements

  • Connect:Select (also known as Customer Profiles)

  • TV Planning, Activation, and Measurement (including Data+Math)

  • Authenticated Traffic Solution (ATS)

  • Smart Reach

  • Private Match Extension

  • Faktor/Privacy Manager

  • Client-Side Tags

  • Real-Time ID Service tags

  • ID Syncs, which include:

    • Cookie sync

    • Mobile sync

    • Integration

  • RampID Mapping Files containing cookies, custom IDs (CIDs), IP addresses, and/or CTV IDs

  • Testing of Client Data
