September 2024 LiveRamp Clean Room Release Notes

We continue to make usability improvements to LiveRamp Clean Room in order to produce a more seamless user experience and are excited to share some product updates with you.

New Help Documentation Site and Help Icon Menu

  • The Help icon in the upper right of the Clean Room UI now shows separate options for help documentation and for the Support Portal:

  • Help documentation for LiveRamp Clean Room is now available here on the docs.liveramp.com site alongside our other documentation sites. Going forward, Clean Room release notes will be found on this site as well.

  • Support for Clean Room will continue to be provided via Zendesk. The Support Portal selection takes users to Zendesk, where you’ll see your current tickets (requests), as well as be able to create a new ticket.

Partitioning Enhancements

  • We've expanded our flexibility in data connection partitioning options to now support INTEGER and TIMESTAMP data types.

  • This will also work for NUMBER and DATETIME.

Trust Center

  • We now offer a new centralized hub to monitor account activity, providing transparency for you to monitor activity across an account, including visibility into how datasets are used and who can access them in accordance with contractual obligations.;

Reports Performance Enhancements

  • We've updated our reports rendering capabilities, significantly reducing failures from large data outputs.

  • This upgrade ensures reports > 5000 rows will now render in the UI

Quick Hits and Fixes

  • Empty datasets in questions no longer fail runs

  • Partners can now request runs for clean compute questions

  • Partners can now set up alerts within Intelligence to stay informed on critical updates and changes
