LiveRamp's Sidecar allows Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) to decode the identity Envelopes LiveRamp has provided them into Demand-Side Platform-specific RampIDs and other people-based identifiers that can be used for identification purposes of the underlying browser in RTB bid requests.
