Announcing Improved LiveRamp Community portal Experience (12/11/20)
We’ve released updates to the LiveRamp Community portal that we hope will greatly improve your experience.
These improvements include:
All email notifications from the TSP will now include the full conversation
All posts in the case feed will show in order
The case feed can be sorted and searched
We fixed an issue where some communications were not notifying the Support Teams
We fixed an issue where some communications on the case feed were disappearing
As part of this update, some functionality has been changed:
All attachments should now be made from within the portal
When you want to copy in third parties or other team members who might not have access to the TSP, use the email feature (this is no longer available during case creation)
