Schedule a Workflow

You can specify an automated schedule for running a workflow.

Tip

Setting the "Activate Schedule for Workflow" toggle to its off position allows you to specify a schedule without automatically running the workflow. You can also use this toggle to pause an automated schedule.

Procedure. To schedule a workflow:
  1. Go to the Workflows page.

  2. From the workflow's More Options menu (more-options-icon.png), select Schedule. The Schedule Settings dialog displays scheduling options for the selected workflow.

  3. Select the interval at which to repeat running the workflow (Day, Week, Month) and the time of day in UTC.

  4. Toggle "Activate Schedule for Workflow" to the on position and click Confirm.

By default, the Starting Processes list will list all the downstream processes for the workflow. To run automatically, all of the workflow's processes need to be selected. You can configure which processes to run by selecting them from the Starting Processes list. For example, you could select additional data preparation processes.
