Announcement: Automated Data Subject Rights Requests Submission for OneTrust (9/30/26)

If you receive opt-out and deletion requests from OneTrust, you can now have them sent automatically to LiveRamp by leveraging our new integration in OneTrust. Previously, you had to create the requests to LiveRamp manually via SFTP file upload, or by calling the Privacy API endpoint.

Contact your LiveRamp representative to find out if you're eligible for this program.

In OneTrust's Integration Gallery, LiveRamp is now available to select from, offering the following workflows:

  • [PRA] Fulfill request - Create data deletion request in LiveRamp

  • [PRA] Fulfill request - Create data opt-out request in LiveRamp

Once the integration is configured, any deletion or opt-out requests associated with the workflow will be automatically sent to the Privacy API.
