Announcing Improved Imported File Management (1/25/21)
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance reliability and user experience in the Connect UI, LiveRamp is releasing an improved audience management experience to provide functionalities to better manage file imports.
We are introducing the file compaction feature to improve the Files page in Connect. The new feature will automatically compact imported files that are older than 180 days, and introduce easy bulk deletion of all compacted files older than any compacted files you select for deletion.

New functionalities that allow you to more easily manage data that was imported more than 180 days ago
Reduced privacy and security risks by improving how we are storing older data
Improved data processing and system reliability in the backend of the UI
Note
We’ve also added the ability to reverse your file deletion at the last minute with an “undo delete” feature.
