Billing Terms and Concepts
Use the definitions below to help understand your billing invoice.
Sales Item
Flat Fee: Charges a single fixed fee for a service, regardless of usage.
Variable fee: Charges a variable fee per your contract terms based on usage
Quantity
Fixed Fee commitments will have a quantity of “1”.
Quantities greater than “1” represent a variable usage component. Quantities greater than “1” will be accompanied by a ”Variable” Sales Item Code.
Unit of Measure
This item will always say “Each”. This does not reflect the Unit of Measure you are being billed on.
Net Amount
The amount due per line item charge.
