Known Identity Resolution
LiveRamp's known identity resolution solutions allow you to resolve your consumer PII (such as email address, name, postal address, etc.) into AbiliTec Links or Known IDs. This allows you to resolve your consumer PII across fragmented data sources into a unified view of those consumers to gain an accurate customer profile for your business and improve customer data management that powers effective customer engagement.
Our known identity resolutions include the following:
AbiliTec API: Allows you to send consumer PII and receive AbiliTec Links via our API. AbiliTec can seamlessly integrate into an existing marketing stack (i.e., CDPs) to enhance the out-of-box identity consolidation capability with LiveRamp's industry-leading identity graph. Known identity resolution in cloud environments: Allows you to send PII or email addresses and receive LiveRamp Known IDs, all within your cloud environment.
