Announcing Grouped Universes (8/17/20)

Our newest feature, Grouped Universes, allows you to combine multiple component universe footprints, either owned or permissioned to you by a partner, under one universe tile in your LiveRamp Advanced TV platform. Audience builders may then use this one universe tile to build target audiences against, generating a single match value.

This may help solidify brand positioning by selling against a single entity, or simply make universe sharing easier.

What’s new:

  • Universe owners can now have grouped universes created from their existing universes. These group universes can be permissioned to partners.

    Note

    Work with your LiveRamp representative to help build grouped universes in your tenant.

  • Universe owners can permission their universes to partners and allow those universes to be used to build grouped universes.

  • Grouped universes can be found on the Universes page and within the Audience Builder (when building an audience).

Caution

Grouped universes are not internally deduplicated, and may contain duplicate members.

Note

Grouped universes are not able to be added to other grouped universes (nesting prohibited).
