Announcement: Improvements for Pinterest Offline Conversion Reporting Attribution Program (10/31/22)
Starting Monday, November 7, 2022, LiveRamp will begin making changes to our internal workflow for the Pinterest Offline Conversions Reporting Attribution Program that will enable you to view file ingestion status on a per-file basis and will increase the reliability of the workflow. This improvement does not require you to make any changes to how you use the program.
As part of these updates, starting Monday, November 7, existing Pinterest customers will be migrated from the previous workflow (which used our Activation processing pipeline) to the updated workflow (which uses our Measurement Enablement (Measurement Enablement) pipeline) over a period of a few weeks. Once you have been migrated, you will notice the following changes:
You will no longer see Pinterest Offline Conversions destination accounts in your list of destination accounts.
File ingestion status will be viewable in Connect by going to the My Files page and selecting the appropriate “<client name> - Pinterest Offline Conversions>” audience (this has been changed from viewing the ingestion status by selecting a destination account). See "Check the Status of an Uploaded File" for more information on checking file status.
You will now be able to view ingestion status on a per-file basis.
If you have any questions or help requests, create a support case or reach out to your LiveRamp representative.
