Announcement: Required Actions for Some TikTok Data Marketplace Customers (6/11/24)

Customers who currently distribute Data Marketplace data to TikTok using our previous “TikTok - Data Marketplace Consumer Social” integration will need to migrate those distributions to use our current “TikTok - Data Marketplace - Advertiser Direct - 3PD” integration by June 23, 2024. The legacy TikTok integration uses a distribution method that TikTok is going to stop supporting on June 23, 2024.

If you currently distribute Data Marketplace data to TikTok using our previous “TikTok - Data Marketplace Consumer Social” integration, your LiveRamp Customer Success Manager will reach out to notify you and provide you with more information on the affected destination accounts.

Note

If you are not notified directly by LiveRamp, you are not impacted by this change.

After June 23, 2024, all distributions using the legacy integration will stop and will no longer be refreshed.

After July 8, 2024, the destination account will be fully deactivated.

To continue distributing any legacy TikTok Data Marketplace distributions after June 23, 2024, activate a new “TikTok - Data Marketplace - Advertiser Direct - 3PD” destination account and add the segments that you are currently distributing under the legacy integration. 

Note

This action will create net-new segments within your TikTok Ads Manager. Existing segments in your TikTok Ads Manager will not be deleted. It is suggested you update active campaigns with the net-new segments.
