This article contains all upcoming system downtimes that might affect your use of our product.
Occasionally we need to perform network maintenance or other systems tasks, which sometimes affects users' ability to access the UI or perform certain other actions. We will always try to give you advance warning of these downtimes so you can plan accordingly.
Note
We'll always try to provide you with as much advance notice when we have any scheduled maintenance downtime, or when there's an issue with our systems or with deliveries to specific destinations, usually by means of a colored banner at the top of your screen in Safe Haven .

To enhance performance and reliability, LiveRamp will upgrade its Citrix integration on the following days:
Scheduled maintenance will occur during the following intervals:
May 8 at 7:30 am to 9:00 am BST (6:30-8 am UTC)
May 9 at 6:00 am to 10:00 am BST (5-9 am UTC)
May 20 at 6:00 am to 9:00 am BST (5-8 am UTC)
During these times, Analytics Environment users will not have access to applications that use the Citrix virtual machine desktop.
