This article contains all upcoming system downtimes that might affect your use of our product.
Occasionally we need to perform network maintenance or other systems tasks, which sometimes affects users' ability to access the UI or perform certain other actions. We will always try to give you advance warning of these downtimes so you can plan accordingly.
Note
We'll always try to provide you with as much advance notice when we have any scheduled maintenance downtime, or when there's an issue with our systems or with deliveries to specific destinations, usually by means of a colored banner at the top of your screen in Safe Haven .
Upcoming System Downtimes for Safe Haven
Upcoming Downtime Affecting Activation (2024-11-14)
LiveRamp will be performing system upgrades and maintenance on Thursday, November 14 from 7:00 - 7:15 pm PST. During this time, activation-related features in the Connect UI, Activation API, and Snowflake will not be available.

Upcoming Downtime Affecting the LiveRamp SFTP Server (2024-09-07)
To improve system reliability and performance, LiveRamp will perform maintenance on LiveRamp SFTP server at 8 pm PST on September 7 (3 am UTC on September 8) for up to 1 hour.
During this time, data transfers via the LiveRamp SFTP server will be unavailable. This will have no impact on non-LiveRamp SFTP services.

Upcoming Downtime Affecting Analytics Environment on 2024-08-28
To improve system reliability and performance, LiveRamp will perform maintenance on Analytics Environment. The maintenance is scheduled on August 28, 2024 for up to 30 minutes starting at the following times in each region:
During these times, users will lack access to Analytics Environment applications.
Upcoming Downtime Affecting Customer Profiles (2024-08-01)
To improve system reliability, LiveRamp will perform maintenance on Customer Profiles. The maintenance is scheduled for 30 minutes starting at 7:30 pm PDT on Thursday, August 1st (2:30 am UTC on August 2), 2024. During this time, users may encounter errors when performing tasks in Customer Profiles.
Upcoming Downtimes Affecting Safe Haven (2024-07-25)
To enhance performance, reliability, and security LiveRamp will upgrade its systems in three phases on the following days in all regions:

To enhance Analytics Environment ingestion's processing speed, LiveRamp will upgrade its Apache Airflow VMs at the following times:
