Upcoming System Downtimes
This article contains all upcoming system downtimes that might affect your use of our product.
Occasionally we need to perform network maintenance or other systems tasks, which sometimes affects users' ability to access the UI or perform certain other actions. We will always try to give you advance warning of these downtimes so you can plan accordingly.
Note
We'll always try to provide you with as much advance notice when we have any scheduled maintenance downtime, or when there's an issue with our systems or with deliveries to specific destinations, usually by means of a colored banner at the top of your screen in Safe Haven .
Upcoming System Downtimes for Safe Haven
Tableau Upgrade
LiveRamp will upgrade Tableau from version 2021.3.17 to 2022.3.6 in the following regions:
EU: September 20, 2023, starting at 8 am in Paris (6 am UTC)
U.S.: September 19, 2023, starting at 7 pm in San Francisco (2 am UTC on September 20)
The upgrade will take up to 3 hours to complete. During that time, Analytics Environment will be unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
