Upcoming System Downtimes

This article contains all upcoming system downtimes that might affect your use of our product.

Occasionally, we need to perform network maintenance or other systems tasks, which sometimes affects users' ability to access the UI or perform certain other actions.

Note

We'll always try to provide you with as much advance notice when we have any scheduled maintenance downtime, or when there's an issue with our systems or with deliveries to specific destinations, usually by means of a colored banner at the top of your screen in Connect .

Upcoming System Downtimes for Connect

Upcoming US Downtime for Ingestion MySQL Upgrade on May 16 at 9 PM PDT(4/23/25)

Note

Update 4/24/25: The date for this downtime was changed from April 25 to May 16.

To improve system reliability and performance, LiveRamp will perform a scheduled upgrade of our ingestion systems for US data on May 16 at 9 PM PDT (UTC -7).

During this time, all ingestion systems for US data will be paused for 6 hours. After the downtime, regular ingestion processes will resume as normal.

Upcoming Connect Downtime on April 30 from 6-7 PM PDT (4/24/25)

To improve system reliability and performance, LiveRamp will perform Connect system upgrades on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 6-7 PM PDT. During this downtime, you will not be able to perform the following actions:

  • Activate new destination accounts

  • Manage data distributions

  • Adjust scheduled billing usage reports

All other Connect functionality will be unaffected. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

New Date - Upcoming Downtime Affecting Connect on April 16 at 10pm PDT

To improve system reliability and performance, LiveRamp will perform system upgrades and maintenance on Wednesday, April 16 from 10:00pm - 11:00pm PDT.

During this time, Connect will be unavailable.

Note that this is a later date than previously announced. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Upcoming Downtime Affecting Activation (11/14/2024)

LiveRamp will be performing system upgrades and maintenance on Thursday, November 14 from 7:00 - 7:15 PM PST. During this time, activation-related features in the Connect UI, Activation API, and Snowflake will not be available.

Upcoming Downtime Affecting Connect Users (9/18/24)

To improve system reliability and performance, LiveRamp will perform maintenance on Connect at 8 PM PST on September 19 (3 AM UTC on September 20) that should take 5-10 minutes but might last up to 1 hour.

During this time, Connect will be unavailable.

Upcoming Downtime Affecting the LiveRamp SFTP Server (9/7/2024)

To improve system reliability and performance, LiveRamp will perform maintenance on LiveRamp SFTP server at 8 PM PST on September 7 (3 AM UTC on September 8) for up to 1 hour.

During this time, data transfers via the LiveRamp SFTP server will be unavailable. This will have no impact on non-LiveRamp SFTP services.

Upcoming Downtime Affecting Data Marketplace and Customer Profiles on October 25, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM PST (10/12/23)

LiveRamp will be performing Connect system maintenance and upgrades on October 25 from 6:00-9:00 PM PST. During this time, Connect users will be affected in the following ways:

  • Data Marketplace: You will be unable to access any Data Marketplace UI pages, including the pages to buy or sell data, as well as the Storefront.

  • Customer Profiles: If you're a Customer Profiles customer, you will be unable to access the My Segments page or the Lookalike Models page.

Upcoming Downtime Affecting the Usage Report Page on February 25, 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM PST (2/16/23)

LiveRamp will be performing Connect system maintenance on Saturday, February 25 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM PST. During this time, you might not be able to access the Usage Report tab of the Company Settings page and so might be unable to view your usage. All other Connect functionality should be unaffected.
