Announcement: Delivering Segment Tables from Analytics Environment (2023-09-06)

You can build a simple segment table in Analytics Environment and send it directly to a destination platform that has been implemented in your organization's Customer Profiles destinations. For information destinations, see The Destinations Page.

To distribute directly from Analytics Environment, you will add the following labels to a segment table that has a single column of IDs:

  • syndicatedestination: This label must be sent in conjunction with the sendtodestination label. Otherwise, the distribution will not be sent.

  • sendtodestination: You should set this label to a value of ready to initiate distribution.

Once this feature is implemented for your Analytics Environment tenant, the da_reference table will be available in your _wh (warehouse) dataset in BigQuery. This table includes your allow list of destinations. Once your distribution is complete, you can query the syndicate_destination_result table if you want to know the status of your distribution.
