Edit a Segment

You can edit the segment rules and description for the following segment types that were created by your organization in your LiveRamp Connect account:

  • First-party data segments

  • Segments that use Clean Room data

Note

  • The segment must have a status of "Ready" or "Creation Failed". You cannot edit a segment that has a status of "Calculating Size", "Processing", or "Invalid".

  • If you only want to edit the segment description, you can edit that via the details page for the segment from the Segments page.

To edit a segment:

  1. From the Segments page, hover over the segment’s row and then click the More Options menu (three dots) that appears.

  2. Select "Edit Segment".

  3. From the Edit Segment screen, make any desired changes to the segment rules or to the segment description (for more information, see "Build a Segment").

  4. Click Save Segment.
