Viewing Stats

In Connect, you can view a number of different stats:

  • Onboarding file stats provide information on each Onboarding workflow file you’ve uploaded to LiveRamp, such as number of rows, unique records, and columns in the file. These stats are displayed on the Files page and typically take 1-3 days to populate after file uploading.

  • Measurement file stats provide information on each File-Based Recognition file you’ve uploaded to LiveRamp, such as number of rows, the recognition rate, the number of invalid rows, and more. These stats are displayed on the Files page and typically take 1-3 days to populate after file uploading.

  • Field and segment stats provide information on the number of input records associated with a particular field or segment. These stats are displayed on the Audience Segments page and on the Data Marketplace Segments page, and typically take 1-3 days to populate after file uploading.

  • Audience stats provide information on how much data and what kind of data is currently housed in your company’s LiveRamp audiences. These stats are displayed on the Dashboard and the Audiences tab of the My Company Settings page. Audience stats typically take 1-3 days to initially populate after uploading the first file for that audience and 1-3 days to update after uploading a subsequent file.

  • Estimated reach stats provide information on estimated device reach per destination platform for a particular field or segment. These stats are displayed on the Audience Segments page, the Data Marketplace Segments page, and on the Segments page (for Customer Profiles customers). These stats typically take up to two weeks to populate after an uploaded file has been successfully ingested.

  • Identifiers delivered stats provide information on the number of identifiers that were delivered to a destination as part of a delivery job. These stats are displayed on the Delivery Job Status page for each destination account and typically populate while the delivery job is being delivered.

  • Matched reach stats provide information on the number of records and devices that have been matched at a distribution destination for your distributed fields and segments. These stats are displayed on the Segment Distribution page for each destination account and on the Audience Segments page, and typically take 4-7 days to populate after a field or segment has been added to distribution.

    Note

    Reach stats might be turned off for an audience if the audience size is extremely large. This will occur if the number of records times the number of fields is greater than 750,000,000,000.

In addition to viewing stats in Connect, there are other ways to get stats on your LiveRamp data:

  • Match reports: A PDF report that you can request after we've completed processing your file. Match Reports provide your match rate and expected reach on a per-file level for many of our most popular destinations. See “Match Reports” for more information.

  • Matchbacks: A Matchback lets you see exactly which records in a given file would be successfully delivered to a particular destination at the time of the request. See “Matchbacks” for more information.

If you're seeing unexpectedly low or high match rates, either in Connect or at the destination platform, first be sure to check the information in these articles:

If you still have questions about a match rate that seems unexpectedly low or high at the destination platform, first check with the platform to see if it's an issue on their end. If nothing is found, or if the issue is solely with stats within Connect, use either the Onboarding: High/Low Match Rate Investigation quick case or the Measurement: High/Low Match Rate Investigation quick case to create a support case to investigate the issue.
