Access Levels and Restrictions for Connect Users

When your company is given an account in Connect, LiveRamp will set up at least one admin-level user. In most instances, that user will need to add additional users to their company account.

Connect users can have one of two access levels:

  • Standard

  • Admin

See the table below for information on the various capabilities each level has access to.

Note

To view the access levels for the users in your account, click Company Settings from the Connect navigation menu and then select the USERS tab. Each user's access level is displayed in the ACCESS column.

Note

You can only create reseller client (child) accounts if you're an admin-level user of a reseller parent account.
