Access Levels and Restrictions for Connect Users

When your company is given an account in Connect, LiveRamp will set up at least one admin-level user. In most instances, that user will need to add additional users to their company account.

Connect users can have one of two access levels:

  • Standard

  • Admin

Caution

Avoid potential confusion: LiveRamp recommends that only one person per company should be responsible for managing users in Connect. Consider having only one user with admin-level access.
