After you've finalized your file for uploading, there are several methods you can use to get your data into LiveRamp:
LiveRamp's SFTP: Upload your data via LiveRamp's SFTP
Your SFTP: Upload your data via your SFTP (not available for EMEA data files)
Connect: Upload your data via Connect (only for files 500MB and smaller, and for Activation workflow files - files for Measurement Enablement workflows cannot be uploaded via Connect)
AWS S3 bucket: Allow LiveRamp to retrieve your data from an AWS (Amazon Web Services) S3 cloud storage bucket, in one of the following methods (not available for EMEA data files):
Authorizing LiveRamp’s user
Creating an IAM (Identity and Access Management) user to share with LiveRamp
GCS bucket: Allow LiveRamp to retrieve your data from a GCS (Google Cloud Storage) bucket (not available for EMEA data files)
Adobe Real-Time CDP:Send your data from Adobe's Real-Time CDP to your LiveRamp account
LiveRamp's AWS S3 bucket: Upload your EMEA data files to a LiveRamp-owned AWS S3 bucket
Note
If you have more than one audience, make sure to determine the audience to upload to.
If you upload a file with new segment data fields that weren't in the original file, those fields should upload without an issue. However, you might want to monitor the file upload on the Files page to make sure there are no problems. If the processing pauses or fails, use the appropriate Troubleshooting File Upload Issue quick case to have the Support team investigate the issue.
An alternative method to get data into LiveRamp is our Client Side Tag, a tag that can be placed on any cookieable website, or in any email or online advertisement. It is used to log impressions, group them into segments, and automatically import those segments into LiveRamp for processing. For more information, see LiveRamp's Client-Side Tags.

Next Steps
For offline (PII-based) data, if this is the first file you're uploading to this audience, create a support case so the support team can make sure everything ingests correctly. See 'Considerations When Uploading the First File to an Audience" for more information.
Within about 20 minutes after uploading, you can check the ingestion status of your uploaded files on the Files page, either by clicking the "GO TO FILES PAGE" link or by clicking Files in the Connect navigation menu. For more information on the ingestion process for Activation workflow files, see "Overview of the File Ingestion Process for Activation Workflow Files".
Once your data has been ingested (usually within 1-3 days), you can manage it in Connect and distribute it to your desired destinations.
